We charge a flat rate of 2% + GST. That includes everything you need to sell your property.

If you choose to conduct an auction, please note that Arizto will charge an additional non-refundable fee of $900 at the time of listing to cover auctioneer costs. This fee will not be refunded even if you decide to cancel the auction before the scheduled date. We provide a standard listing on various property websites, including TradeMe, realestate.co.nz, homes.co.nz, OneRoof, and Hougarden.com.

Vendors have the option to pay for an upgraded listing on any of these platforms.  Additionally, when the sale is finalised, you will need to engage your own lawyer to handle the legal conveyancing and title transfer. Since lawyers fees can vary, we recommend contacting them directly for an accurate estimate.
